CAKE
1 1/2 sticks Butter
1 1/2C Sugar
2tsp Orange extract
3 Eggs
3C Flour
1tbsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Salt
1C Milk

FROSTING
1 stick Butter
2C icing Sugar
2tbsp Orange juice
1tsp Orange extract
1 grated Orange rind

CAKE
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy

Add orange extract and eggs

Beat well

Mix flour, baking powder and salt

Add flour mixture a little at a time alternating with milk

Pour into 2 8" buttered and floured pans

Bake 350F for 40mins

Cool and frost


FROSTING
Cream butter

Add sugar and orange juice. orange extract and orange rind

Blend

Add more sugar OR orange juice as needed
