2/3C room temperature unsalted Butter
1C dark Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1tbsp Vanilla
1tbsp fancy Molasses
1C all-purpose Flour
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Cinnamon
1/4tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2C Oats
1C Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F

Cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth

Add eggs and blend

Stir in vanilla and molasses

In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and spices

Add to butter mixture and mix in

Add oats and raisins

Stir just until oats are coated with cookie batter

Drop TBSP onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet

Bake for 7-9mins, until cookies start to brown around the edges and loose their shine
