2lbs Ground Beef
8pc Pre-cooked Bacon, chopped small
1.5c shredded cheddar
3/4c Breadcrumbs
1/2c Ketchup
1tsp Worcestershire
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
2tsp Onion Flakes
1tsp each of Salt & Pepper
2 Lg Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Label freezer bag with contents, date and cooking instructions. Prepare bacon by laying on foil covered cookie sheet, place in oven and turn on to 400 degrees and bake about 20 minutes. Cool. Combine all (but only 1/4c ketchup) into large bowl and mix with hands. Place in a bag and then form loaf. Press air out of bag but do not smash meat.

When ready to cook, thaw completely, line crock pot with liner or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Brush other 1/4c ketchup on top and cook on low 6 hrs. The last 20 minutes add other 1/2of cheese. Let rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
