½ cup coconut milk yogurt

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

Pinch of cinnamon

⅓ cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon honey or agave

¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add additional coconut milk until the desired texture is achieved.
