12 Lasagna Noodles, cooked
4c Mozzarella, shredded
1/2c Parmesan
1lb Ground Beef
1 Yellow Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
24oz Pasta Sauce
2T Tomato Paste
1tap Italian Seasoning
2c Cottage Cheese
1/4c Parsley
1 Egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees, Cook pasta accordingly, rinse under cold water and set aside. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain. Stir in sauce, tomato paste and seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine 1.5c mozzarella, cottage cheese, 1/4c parmesan, parsley and egg. Add 1c meat to bottom of 9x13 pan. Top with 3 noodles. Layer 1/3c of cheese mixture then 1c meat mixture. Repeat with noodles on top with cheese sauce. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Take foil off and cook another 15 minutes.
