3 cups herb seasoned croutons
2lbs. Plain breakfast sausage
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
3 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350
Butter lasagna pan.
Pour 3 cups herbed seasoned croutons in pan.
Cook 2 lbs. plain sausage.
Crumble and drain it on paper towels.
After well drained, put on top of the croutons.
Shred 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese and put over sausage.
Mix 4 eggs and 2 cups milk. Pour over mixture and refrigerate covered overnight.
In the morning mix cup milk with 1 can cream of mushroom soup and pour over top.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Then reduce to 325 and bake for 45 to 60 minutes more.
