2 cups sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs - separated
2 cups milk
cup margarine or butter - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and sift dry ingredients including sugar in a bowl. Combine beaten egg yolks and melted butter. Beat into dry ingredients. Fold slightly beaten egg whites into batter.

Bake in heated waffle iron.
