PASTRY SHELL
3C flour
2tsp Baking Powder
1/2C Water
PINCH Salt

FILLING
6 Eggs
1 1/2C Milk
1 1/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 chopped Onion
1C chopped Broccoli
1tbsp Oil OR Margarine
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
PASTRY SHELL
Mix all ingredients to form a dough

Divide the dough and roll it out to make the pastry shell

FILLING
Sauté onions and broccoli in oil

Season

Mix and place on pastry shell top with cheese

Beat eggs

Add the milk, salt and pepper

Mix and pour over cheese mixture

Bake 350 for 20-30mins
