1 Pkg. Au Ju Gravy Mix
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can French Onion Soup
1/2 Cup Water
1 1/2 Lbs. Cubed Steak

To thicken gravy:
3 T Cornstarch
3 T Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
In bottom of 6 quart slow cooker, combine cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, packet of Au Jus and water. Stir well. Put cubed steak in slow cooker. Cover and heat on low for 6 to 8 hours. After cooling, it is time to make thickening for gravy. In small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Stir into slow cooker. Turn heat to high and cook 30 minutes until thick.
