5oz Ham, sliced
2/3c grated Cheese (of choice)
2 Eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place foil on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Place ham in tortilla and cheese in a ring form. Add egg in center. Fold bottom, then top and then sides. Place upside down, wrap foil. Bake 25 minutes.
