7 Tbsp chili powder
4 Tbsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp salt

Combine all of the above in a small bowl; mix very well. Measure 1 Tablespoon into 10 small bags. Seal well. Label with:

"Chili Popcorn Topper: Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine. Add this packet; stir well. Drizzle over 4 quarts of popped popcorn. Toss well and enjoy!"
