Sweet and Sour Meatballs Recipe

1 lb hamburger
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp onion
1 egg
1 tsp salt

1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp vinegar
C sugar
1 C pineapple juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp water

Mix all meatball ingredients together and form into balls. Brown meatballs in oil over low heat in skillet. Place in baking dish and set aside. Preheat oven to 350. In a saucepan, mix all sauce ingredients except pineapple juice and cook until thick. Add pineapple juice and stir. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake for 20 minutes.
