4 Potatoes, peel and cut into 1/4" slices
1/4c Milk
2T Sour Cream
2T Butter
1/2c shredded Cheddar, divided
1/2lb Ham, diced
1/2 pinch Garlic Powder and Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes about 20 minutes, drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9x13 baking dish. Put 1/2 cooked potatoes in large bowl, add milk, sour cream, butter and 1/4c cheddar. Mash until creamy. Stir in ham, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Put ham and potato mix into dish, sprinkle remaining 1/4c cheese on top. Bake 2-30 minutes. Cool slightly.
