1 lb. ground beef

c. celery, chopped

c. onion, chopped

c. green pepper, chopped

tsp. pepper

tsp. basil

1 - 8 oz. can mushrooms

1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce

c. long-grain rice

1 tsp. salt

tsp. garlic salt

1 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute in oil, ground beef, celery, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Add tomato sauce and 3 cans of water. Add seasonings. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer about 1 hour. Add rice and simmer hour more.
