4c halved, seedless Red Grapes (about 2lbs)
2/3c Sugar
1/2tsp Cinnamon
3T Cornstarch
2T Lemon Juice
1T grated Lemon Zest
Pastry for double-crust pie - 9"
2T Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine grapes, sugar and cinnamon. Toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. Combine cornstarch, lemon juice and zest, stir into grapes and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Line 9" pie plate with bottom crust. Pour in grape mixture and then dust with butter. Place top crust, trim and seal. Flute edges. Cut slits in top. Cover edges loosely with foil to prevent burning. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, remove foil and bake 30-35 minutes. Cool on rack.
