2 cups chopped celery
2 cups raw potatoes, cubed
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cups carrots, sliced
1 (10 oz) bag frozen corn
2 (14½ oz) sliced, stewed tomatoes ( I prefer diced 'maters)
Onion powder (I omit onion powder and add fresh minced garlic)
2 tsp marjoram
1 tsp oregano
Salt (or seasoned salt)
Pepper
Basil - season to taste
1 tsp Rosemary
2-3 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Fry burger in a large soup or stew pot. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Halfway through cooking, add the 2 cups of onions. Drain grease when meat is done. Add 8 cups of water, the 2 cans of tomatoes with juice, the potatoes, and carrots. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Add corn and bay leaves. Season to taste with basil (but not too much basil). Add 2 to 3 bay l eaves, about 2 teaspoons marjoram, about 1 tsp rosemary, and 1 teaspoon leaf oregano. Adjust spice amount to taste. Simmer until veggies are done. Serve with bread sticks or warm French bread.
