1 head of cauliflower
6 oz shredder cheddar cheese
1 bag of real bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut the cauliflower head into florets. Boil florets in water until tender. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Add the florets to the pan and mash gently with a fork. Top florets with cheese and bacon bits. Bake 1012 minutes. Drizzle with ranch before serving.
