1 egg
1 - 8oz can of creamed corn
½ C milk
3 tsp of oil
1 tsp of sugar
1 C of Martha White yellow corn meal mix
1 C of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp of diced jalapeno pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Spoon the oil into a cast iron skillet and place skillet in oven. Whisk the egg in a large bowl. Stir in corn meal, creamed corn, milk, 2 tsp of oil and sugar. Mix until smooth. Add in shredded cheese and diced jalapeno. Pour batter into the hot skillet, return to oven and bake for 30 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
