1 lb of stew meat
4 beef boullion cubes
3 diced potatoes of your choice
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
1 diced onion
1 diced bell pepper
2 cans of tomatoes
4 C of water
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Season stew meat with salt and pepper. Brown meat with a pat of butter in a soup pot.
Add cut up onion and bell pepper, with the bouillon cubes and water. Bring to a boil then simmer on medium heat until meat is tender, usually around 3 hours. Add diced potatoes with salt and pepper then simmer for another 15 minutes. Add 2 cans of tomatoes, frozen vegetables and more salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with oyster crackers or pimento cheese sandwiches
