5 oz wheel of brie cheese
1 small onion chopped
2 tbsp butter
½ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
¼ cup chopped pistachio nuts

Serve with your favorite crackers

Directions:
Place brie in a greased 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350º for 10 minutes

While the brie heats, in a skillet, sauté onions in butter until tender then add brown sugar, cranberries and vinegar. Cook until mixture caramelizes and thickens, stirring occasionally

Pour mixture over brie then sprinkle pistachios, serve warm with crackers
