Ingredients:  
2-3 large zucchinis
Shredded parmesan cheese
Seasoning (You can use onion powder, garlic powder, or any garlicky combination seasoning. I use Anderson's Seasoning from Anderson's Split Pea).

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice the zucchini longways into long thin slices.
2. Place on baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle with seasoning.
4. Liberally spread parmesan cheese over zucchini.
5. Bake on Broil for 8-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crisping.
6. Serve and enjoy.
