Cedar planks
1-2 bottles Annie's Organic Asian Sesame Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse salmon and then put into a Ziploc bag with Asian dressing to marinate for at least 2 hours, but no more than 24.
2. Pre-soak cedar planks by submerging them in water at least 30 minutes before you BBQ.
3. Put cedar planks on the BBQ and then place salmon pieces on the planks.
4. Gently pour remaining dressing marinade onto salmon, letting the dressing spread to the edge of the cedar planks, be careful not to let it drip into the BBQ or it will catch fire.
5. Cook on low-medium heat for 30 minutes.
6. Watch carefully, so they don't catch on fire.

Serve with Parmesan Zucchini (recipe included in this book), salad, bread, and shrimp of choice.
