⅔ cup of sugar
⅓ cup of soft margarine or butter
2 eggs
1¾ cup of flour
2 tsp of baking powder
¼ tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of salt
½ cup of chopped walnut/ chocolate chips
1 cup of mashed ripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F(180ºC), grease loaf pan.
Mix sugar, margarine/butter, eggs for 3 minutes. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, walnut/chocolate chips and bananas. Potu in a greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
