2 lb hamburger
2 pkg taco seasoning
9 - 12 oven ready lasagna noodles
2 (15 – 16 oz) cans refried, black or charro beans, drained
Salsa
Lots of grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ª F.

While oven is heating, brown and drain hamburger meat. Add taco seasoning, and cook per seasoning directions.

Spray 9”x13” casserole dish with non-stick spray. Arrange noodles in bottom of dish. Top with layer of taco meat, then beans, then salsa, then cheese. Repeat layers to fill dish.

Bake for 20 – 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

My daughter brought us this recipe, and it's a favorite for the family. It's a great dish to take for pot lucks, too, and I'd always get asked for the recipe. It's a quick, easy meal to make, with very little clean up.
