1 3 lb chuck roast
salt and pepper to taste
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packket au jus mix
1/2 cup butter
peperoncini peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Add meat to slow cooker. Sprinkle packets over roast.

Top with butter and place peppers on and around roast (use as many or little as you wish).

Cover and cook for 8 hours on low.

Shred roast with two forks.

Serve over noodles or rice.
