1 cup stevia sweetener
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. corn starch
2 cups un sweetened apple cider or juice
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine stevia, corn starch and cinnamon in a medium size sauce pan. Stir in apple cider and lemon juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly then cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and add butter or margarine.
Serve over Strada, pancakes or strudel.
