1-boxed yellow cake mix
1½ cups milk
½ cup sugar
2 cups flaked coconut
1-8 oz, container whipped topping, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on package for a 9x13 cake. Cool 15 minutes. Poke holes in cake with meat fork. In small saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and ½ cup of the coconut. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Spoon over warm cake, allowing liquid to soak down through holes. Cool completely. Fold ½ cup of coconut into whipped topping and spread over cake. Sprinkle with remaining coconut over top. Chill overnight and serve. Makes 16 servings.
