2c Sugar
1c Evaporated milk
1/2tsp Salt
3c Mini Marshmellows
1/2c Butter
12oz Cherry Chips
1c dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
1c Chunky Peanut Butter
2-12oz Milk Chocolate Chips
- can do 1c semi sweet and 1c milk chocolate chips too

Grease 9x13 pan and set aside. Melt butter, sugar, evaporated milk and mini marshmellows in saucepan over medium heat until caramel color and thickens as it boils. Once boiling could take 15-30 minutes to get to soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add cherry chips and stir until smooth.. Put onto pan and cool in fridge. Melt chocolate chips in microwave, stir in peanut butter and peanuts. Pour over cherry and chill completely then cut.
