½ cup butter, very softened(not melted)
1 cup sugar+¼ cup
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Salt
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, rinsed
½ cup light brown sugar, packed
½ cup walnuts, chopped
½ tsp. Cinnamon


Directions:

In a small bowl mix blueberries and ¼ cup sugar and set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Stir in flour, soda, and salt and beat until smooth and well mixed. Stir in blueberries. Spread half of the batter into a sprayed 9X13 baking pan. In a very small bowl mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly over top of cake batter. Spread remaining batter over top. Bake at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan and frost with cream cheese frosting.
