1.5c Fresh Cranberries
2c Flour
1c Sugar
1.5tsp Baking powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1 Lg. Egg
1/2c Cranberry Juice
1tsp Orange Zest
2T hot water
1/4c chopped Walnut
2T Margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cut every cranberry in half. Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan and line with wax paper. Set aside. Sift flour, baking powder and soda. In small bowl mix juice, zest and melted margarine and beaten egg. Add flour mix and stir in cranberries, walnuts and hot water. Bake 1hr and 10 minutes until toothpick comes out clean from center.
