1 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Karo syrup
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda

Buttered foil to poor the hot peanut brittle on

Add 1 cup peanuts, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup Karo syrup and 1/8 teaspoon of salt in a 8 quart glass mixing bowl or any large glass mixing bowl. (Micro-wave safe)

Microwave for 4 minutes, stir well
Add 1 teaspoon of butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, stir well, cook another 4 minutes
Add 1 teaspoon baking soda, stir well
Poor onto the well buttered foil, break up after cooling
Store in a zip lock bag or Tupperware container
