3 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
8oz Cream Cheese, soft
2-10oz cans Enchilada sauce
5c shredded Cheddar or Monterey cheese
12 taco size Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese and 1/2 of a can of enchilada sauce and 1c cheese. Pour remainder of 1st can of enchilada sauce in 9x13 baking dish. Fill tortillas, spread and roll up. Place seam side down and top with 2nd can enchilada sauce and top with cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Let sit about 10 minutes before serving.
