Personal Notes:
Easy cake to bake layers ahead and freeze or refrigerate. When ready to serve, mix the cool whip and coffee and spread on first layer. Microwave the glaze ingredients and pour on cake. Jinger, 'I made this several times and took to work for birthday and used microwave in breakroom to make the glaze and serve. Please note this glaze does harden. If making later to serve, I would recommend a ganache glaze of chocolate and cream. See ganache recipe.
