½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
½ cup butter (melted)
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 cup walnuts (chopped finely)
¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch salt
1 ready-made 9" pie crust (Marie Callender's is yummy) Deep dish is also good.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Add eggs, bourbon, salt, and melted butter to flour mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle walnuts over top of pie. Bake for 40-45 mins or until the filling is set.
