Pea Pickin Cake Recipe

1 yellow cake mix
cup oil
4 eggs
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges (half drained)
1 tub (9 ounces) whipped topping
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 large vanilla instant pudding mix

Preheat oven to 325F.

Mix all ingredients together.

Bake in three separate round pans or 1-9x13 inch pan (greased and floured) for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Cool in pans for 15 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely.

When the cake is entirely cooled, mix whipped topping, crushed pineapple, and pudding together.

Frost to taste.
