Remove chicken from packaging and place in plastic zip lock bag. (Can use fresh or frozen chicken depending on when you plan to cook.)

Mix 1/2 cup of Catalina dressing with 1/2 cup of Italian dressing and whisk together. (option:pour each bottle dressing directly in bag to cover chicken strips.) Can increase amount of each depending on size and number of chicken strips. Move chicken around in bag to ensure all strips are coated with the dressing mixture.

Can cook immediately or marinate for several hours in refrigerator. The longer marinating time themore the marinade absorbs into the chicken. If using frozen chicken leave in refrigerator to marinate up to 1-2 days. Great to place in bag one night and cook the next night. Can be cooked on grill or in pan over med high heat in tablespoon of oil until tender. Marinate sauce will absorb as chicken cooks.
