Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups warm water
3 tablespoons yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
6 tablespoons oil
6 cups flour (give or take)

Directions:
Directions:
Put the warm water in a small bowl and sprinkle the yeast on top then sprinkle the sugar on top of the yeast. Let proof (get a spongy look to it).

Add the oil, and flour a little at a time. This dough will be sticky/tacky. Knead for 8 minutes. Let rise for 30-45 minutes if you have the patience to wait, or just start rolling out using more flour as you go to get the dough to a state of being able to handle it without it sticking all of your hands. Roll it and stretch it onto a pizza pan or cookie sheet and then add all of your desired toppings.

Bake at 500º for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
