1 1lb loaf hawaiian sweet bread
8 oz. swiss cheese
3 slices red onion, chopped
½ C butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tsp salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread diagonally into 1" slices to within 1" of bottom of loaf.

Repeat cuts in opposite direction.

Cut cheese into ¼" slices, cut slices in small pieces.
Insert into bread.

Combine onion, butter, garlic and salt, spoon over bread.

Wrap loaf in foil

Bake 350º for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve warm.
