4 c thinly sliced peeled potatoes
1 c thinly sliced onions
1/4 c flour
1 1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 T parsley flakes
2 c milk
1/4 fine bread crumbs
1 T melted butter
1/2 t paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Toss first 6 ingredients together until potatoes are coated.
Put into greased shallow baking dish.
Scald milk and pour over potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake @ 350 for 60 minutes.
Mix crumbs, butter and paprika..
Remove foil and sprinkle potatoes with crumb mixture.
Bake 30 minutes more.

I halved this recipe and mixed all ingredients together and bakes for about 50 minutes.
90 total minutes seems like too much baking time for a full recipe.
