1 lb boneless chicken breasts sliced thinly
4 oz tomato sauce Italian seasoned. For low-carb, be sure to use a sauce without added sugar! Rao's is a great brand, or you can get canned tomato sauce and add your own seasoning)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season raw chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt. Grill chicken until no longer pink.

2. Place grilled chicken in a baking dish and top with a tablespoon of tomato sauce, spread around to cover the top. Place a generous amount of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of each breast.

3. Place in the oven under the broiler for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese begins to brown.

4. Allow to cool before handling.
