2 lb. sliced summer squash
⅓ c chopped onion
¼ c butter
1 T flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
⅛ tsp oregano
1 c sour cream
¼ c sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, boil squash until tender. Drain and place squash in large casserole dish. In same saucepan, sauté onion in butter.
Add and blend all ingredients except squash to onions. Cook until heated through.
Pour sauce over squash. Bake 350º for 15-20 minutes
