3 to 4 loaves of bread
1 small onion
Sage - to taste (start with ½ - 1 tsp)
Poultry Seasoning - to taste (start with ½ - 1 tsp)
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 eggs (beaten)
Chicken Broth
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into pieces and let dry (can take up to several days).

Brown onion in butter; in a large bowl mix the dried bread pieces with the seasonings; add in beaten eggs (may need more eggs depending on how much bread you have), milk and chicken broth; mix until moist, but not soupy. Add in cooked onions. Mix well, but don't over mix.

Bake at 350º for 45 - 60 minutes, check to make sure it is not burning, cooking times may vary.

I watched Mammaw Sue make this stuffing for years. I finally wrote it down one year, but it never tastes the same from year to year.
