4 boneless chicken breast cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1 large can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayo
3 tsp curry powder
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3-4 broccoli heads-cut and steamed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In 13x9 layer chicken then broccoli. Mix soup,mayo,curry powder, lemon juice and cheese together. Spread evenly over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle top with Paprika.

Bake 350º for 30 minutes.

This has always been a family favorite. The dish I used was a little bigger than 13x9. I never measured the mayo, curry, lemon juice or cheese. I made it so much I just eyeballed it so you might need to taste sauce and make some adjustments.

We had this for several years on Christmas Eve at Granny’s community room. Great memories of all the cousins together.
