1 bag hashbrown's O'brien style
2 15oz. cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. ceese wiz softened
2 T. margerine
15 oz. can evaporated milk
crushed cornflakes for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cornflakes. Pour into 9" by 13" casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Top with cornflake 15 min. before finished.

This was grandpa Charlie's favorite potluck dish and was very popular untill one particular dinner when very few of his friends ate thier serving and he brought much more home than usual. The next day when he prepared a serving for lunch he realized why, he had forgotten the hashbrowns! One ingredient that is certainly NOT optional.
