Fresh Raw Cabbage, chopped
Hot Boiling Water
1 Tsp Canning Salt per jar

Canning jars and lids with seals

Directions:
Directions:
Pack chopped cabbage tightly in jars. Fill each jar with boiling water. Add salt. Add lids and seals. Let jars seal. Saurekraut will be ready to eat in 3 weeks.
