Ingredients:  
Boil 6 Potatoes for 30 Minutes. Let Cool. Dice potatoes. (Boil w/skins. Slip skins off after cool.)
8 Boiled Eggs. Cut up 6 eggs and mix with potatoes. Slice 2 eggs and set aside.
Add 2 chopped dill pickles.
Add 2 chopped celery stalks.
Add 3 chopped small scallions.
Fry 10 Strips Bacon to crisp. Crumble into above ingredients.
Mix all of the above well, but don't bruise the taters.
Sauce:
10 oz Sour Cream
10 oz Mayonaisse
Add touch of dill pickle juice and mix. Adjust to taste. Add salt to taste.
Add sauce. Stir gently. Don't bruise the taters.
Place sliced eggs on top to garnish. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator until time to serve.
