Ingredients:
8 pcs Chicken (I use boneless skinless breasts for this one)
Plain yogurt
Ginger/Garlic paste (good luck finding that!)
Dash Paprika
Lemon juice
Olive oil (EVOO)
S&P
Red food coloring.

Ms. Ghani submitted this to the local newspaper but left out any measurements… I like her already.

So here is what I do...

Take a cup of Choboni plain yogurt and leave it in the cup.
Add a squeeze of ginger paste and a equal part of minced garlic.
Add a squeeze of lemon, dash of smoked paprika and some garlic salt and black pepper.
Just a drop of two of red food coloring. Stir to blend to an appetizing pink color.

Place all ingredients in a Ziploc bag or glass bowl and marinate overnight.
Remove from fridge 30-60 minutes while you prep grill and vegetables.
Grill 8-10 minutes on each side. (I do 5 minutes four times tuning each time)
Grill with onions, carrots or broccoli.
Drizzle with lemon juice and serve with Naan bread.

Personal Notes:
This has become a favorite easy weeknight meal.
As you see from above I barely even have anything to wash up but the plates when the dinner is finished.
