1 rotisserie chicken diced
1 package chicken Rice a Roni
cup oinion
2 cans mushrooms or 8 oz. fresh mushrooms sauted
cup chopped celery
1 can each of mushroom, celery and chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 can water chestnuts (optional)

Mix soups with broth. add all other ingredients and spread into 9 x 13 baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 350
