2 Pkg. Cream Cheese, 8 oz.
1 Pkg. Cheddar Cheese, 10 oz.
2 T. Chopped Onion
2 T. Chopped Green Pepper
2 T. Pimento, drained
2 Tsp. Worstechire Sauce
2 Tsp. Lemon Juice


*Chopped Pecans to garish*
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pecans in mixer. When combined completely, shape into roll ball. Add chopped pecans to wax paper. Roll cheese ball around on pecans until covered.

Chill
Add crackers and serve
