1 cup Almond flour
2 tablespoons Coconut flour
2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 whole egg + 1 egg white
1 tablespoon water


oil & butter for frying & slathering

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk together the dry ingredients until well combined.

2. To this, add the egg and egg white and beat gently into the flour to incorporate. The dough will begin to form.

3. Add the tablespoon of water and begin the work the dough to allow the flour and xanthan gum to absorb the moisture.

4. Cut the dough into 4 equal parts and press each section out.

fry in frying pan in oil & butter; use brush to continue to coat each with more oil & butter and either salt or Nature's Seasoning spice blend.
